Walk-in hours ending

Mid-Atlantic Family Practice will be ending our walk-in services beginning September 30, 2022. After this date, please call the office to schedule all appointments. If you are an MDVIP patient, please utilize the number on the back of your card to call our office.
COVID-19 vaccination appointments for Delawareans

Please see the below link for a list of pharmacies offering COVID-19 vaccination appointments for Delawareans 12+ (Pfizer) or 18+ (Moderna and J&J). Most sites are scheduling through provided links. Phone scheduling is available at Walgreens and Walmart. Walk-in appointments are available at Rite Aid.
